At www.saeta.us we want your order to arrive safely and within the estimated times. To achieve this, it is important that before finalizing the purchase, the buyer verifies that all shipping information is correct, complete, and updated.

This policy explains the conditions of processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, costs, pre-orders, returned packages, failed deliveries, and situations beyond the control of www.saeta.us.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

www.saeta.us ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We also ship to:

  • APO addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • Other countries from the United States, based on available coverage

www.saeta.us does not ship to lockers, freight forwarders, re-shippers, or package redirection services. Orders placed with these types of addresses may be canceled or rejected.

For international orders, delivery will depend on the destination country, the availability of the logistics service, and restrictions applicable by each carrier or customs authority.

2. CARRIERS

www.saeta.us works with different carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • VEHO

The carrier will be selected by www.saeta.us according to the destination, type of order, logistics availability, and operational conditions.

The buyer will not be able to select the carrier at the time of purchase.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Regular orders have an estimated processing time of 1 business day before being handed over to the carrier.

Customized products require an additional processing time of up to 5 business days, due to the preparation, customization, and review process prior to dispatch.

Pre-order orders will have processing and shipping times informed according to the season, product availability, and estimated dispatch date. In some cases, pre-orders may take approximately 30 days before the shipping process begins.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is 5 to 8 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Customized products maintain the standard delivery time of 5 to 8 business days, once their customization and dispatch process is completed.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, season, order volume, logistics availability, and carrier performance.

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days for processing, dispatch, or delivery purposes.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the total value of the order.

Shipping within the United States

For orders under USD $240, the shipping cost is USD $11.90.

For orders equal to or greater than USD $240, the shipping cost is USD $14.90.

International Shipping

For orders under USD $240, the international shipping cost is USD $50.00.

For orders equal to or greater than USD $240, the international shipping cost is USD $70.00.

These values correspond only to the shipping cost charged by www.saeta.us at the time of purchase. They do not include taxes, duties, customs charges, or additional fees applied by the destination country.

6. TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND INTERNATIONAL CHARGES

Some countries outside the United States may apply taxes, duties, import fees, customs charges, or other levies upon receiving the product.

These charges are not established or collected by www.saeta.us. They are determined by the government, customs, or tax authorities of each country.

The buyer is responsible for knowing the import regulations of their country and assuming any additional charges that may be generated.

www.saeta.us is not responsible for delays, detentions, returns, or costs derived from international customs processes.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once the order is confirmed, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

When the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, an email will be sent with the tracking number to monitor the shipment. The order can be tracked from the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Before completing the purchase, the buyer must ensure that the shipping address is 100% correct.

This includes full name, street number, apartment or unit if applicable, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email.

www.saeta.us is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the buyer.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an address error and is returned to our facilities, the buyer must assume the shipping cost again to reship the order.

9. FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED PACKAGES

If the carrier cannot complete the delivery due to reasons attributable to the buyer, such as incorrect address, incomplete address, lack of information, package rejection, impossibility of accessing the delivery location, or lack of pickup, the order may be returned to our facilities.

In that case, www.saeta.us will contact the buyer to coordinate a possible solution.

Any additional cost related to reshipping the order will be the buyer's responsibility. The order will not be reshipped until the new shipping cost has been paid.

10. LOST, STOLEN, OR MARKED AS DELIVERED PACKAGES

If the tracking indicates that the order was delivered, but the buyer has not received it, we recommend checking all possible delivery areas first, including mailbox, front door, porch, reception, building administration, neighbors, or persons authorized at the address registered at the time of purchase.

In some cases, the carrier may mark a package as โ€œDeliveredโ€ before completing the physical delivery. For this reason, we recommend waiting up to 24 hours after such an update before initiating a claim.

If after that period the package does not appear, www.saeta.us can support the buyer in reviewing the case and, when applicable, in managing an investigation with the assigned carrier.

The delivery confirmation issued by the carrier, including tracking number, location, photo, signature, or proof of delivery when available, will be considered as proof of delivery.

www.saeta.us is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after having been marked as delivered at the address provided by the buyer.

11. DELAYS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF WWW.SAETA.US

Delivery times may be affected by situations beyond the control of www.saeta.us, including, but not limited to:

  • weather conditions
  • natural disasters
  • high-demand seasons
  • holidays
  • carrier delays
  • operational restrictions
  • customs inspections
  • external logistics errors
  • road closures
  • security issues
  • force majeure events
  • any other situation that affects the transport or delivery of the order

These delays will not give rise to compensation, shipping refunds, or indemnities, unless www.saeta.us determines otherwise depending on the case.

www.saeta.us will reasonably track the order and provide support to the buyer when there is a verifiable incident.

12. INVENTORY AND SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS

The sale of products is subject to inventory availability.

If after making a purchase the product is not available, www.saeta.us will contact the buyer and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product.

13. ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS

The buyer may request a change of address or cancellation of the order only if the order has not yet been processed by the warehouse.

Once the order has been processed, prepared, or handed over to the carrier, it will not be possible to modify the address or cancel the purchase.

www.saeta.us does not make size changes after the purchase is confirmed. If the buyer wants a different size, they must place a new order, subject to availability.

Pre-order orders may be canceled provided they have not been processed by the warehouse or prepared for dispatch.

14. BUSINESS DAYS AND OPERATING HOURS

For the purposes of this policy, business days correspond to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The operating hours of www.saeta.us are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Requests received outside these hours will be handled during the next business day.
