EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICIES
To process a return or exchange, you must identify the product and provide the date of purchase. The product must be new and unused. If the packaging has been opened, the item must remain in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, parts, accessories, manuals, and attached tags. Certain items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect. This includes goods intended for personal use due to hygiene regulations (e.g., underwear, boxers, Mauro bikers, socks, and swimwear), as well as products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., jerseys printed with custom or player names and numbers). All returned items must be in perfect condition.
If there is an error in your order or you wish to request an exchange, the following terms apply: Timeframe: You have a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Promotional Items: Products purchased on sale or under promotion cannot be returned or exchanged, except when exercising the Right of Withdrawal within 5 business days of receipt. Refund Methods & Fees: Original Payment Method: A $4.99 restocking fee per product will be deducted from the total refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store Credit: If you choose store credit for use at www.saeta.us, the restocking fee will be waived, and you will receive the full purchase amount. Store credit does not expire. Valuation: Exchanges will be processed based on the actual price paid for the item at the time of purchase. Quality Claims: For regularly priced products with quality issues, please email isw.usa@saetasport.com within 30 calendar days, including your order number, name, and purchase date. Options: After your request is approved, you may choose to exchange the item for a different size/color of the same product or receive a refund (if applicable under the right of withdrawal). Shipping Costs: Customers must pay for shipping again when making an exchange. The customer will will be informed of any applicable transportation costs during the return coordination process. Processing Time: Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 14 business days from the date we confirm receipt and approval of the return at our warehouse, depending on your financial institution.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WARRANTY
If a product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to: (1) Replacement of the product within 15 business days from confirmation of the defect; (2) Full refund, including original shipping, if replacement is unavailable; (3) Repair, where applicable. The period to report a manufacturing defect is 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Defects reported after this period will not be eligible for warranty coverage. To file a claim, send photos of the defect and your order number to isw.usa@saetasport.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saeta Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in any way related to the use of the website or the purchase of products from www.saeta.us. In no event shall Saeta Sport’s aggregate liability to any customer exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted—whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—and even if Saeta Sport has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Saeta Sport respects intellectual property rights. Your notice must include the following information: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email). A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate. Saeta Sport will review and act upon all valid claims within a reasonable timeframe, which may include the removal of the infringing content
JURISDICTION — UNITED STATES
Saeta International Sport Wear LLC is incorporated and operates under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, including but not limited to: Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act): Regarding consumer protection and unfair business practices. CAN-SPAM Act: Governing commercial electronic communications. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): Protecting digital intellectual property. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA): Prohibiting unauthorized access to computer systems. For customers located in California, additional rights may apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For customers in other U.S. states with applicable consumer protection statutes, Saeta Sport will comply with those requirements to the extent required by law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, as detailed in the Dispute Resolution section of this document.
JURISDICTION — EUROPE (GDPR)
For customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Saeta Sport complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679). European customers have the following rights regarding their personal information: Access, Rectification, or Erasure: The right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data. Object or Restrict Processing: The right to object to or request the restriction of the processing of their data. Data Portability: The right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw consent at any time for data processing activities based on consent. Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority. European Consumer Rights (Returns): In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the return period applicable to consumers in the European Union is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
